Job Description - Role will be:

- Making travel arrangements, accounting, researching insurance options, buying furniture, or supplies.

- Providing administrative support and specialized business services.

- Rendering services like data entry, accounting, desktop publishing, bookkeeping, PowerPoint presentations.

- Delivering writing, researching, transcription and editing services as well as secretarial services.

- Providing customer service support.

Requirements:

- Functional office which includes basic equipment, such as computer, modem, printer, fax machine, scanner, and copier.

Qualifications:

- Impressive telephone etiquette

- Great communication skills

- Exceptional computer skills

- Ability work under rigorous pressure and meet close deadlines.

- Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite skills
